The Terre Haute community is home to a number of different sites worth visiting. Some noteworthy attractions include the CANDLES Holocaust Museum, the Swope Art Museum, the Children's Science and Technology Museum, and The Clabber Girl Museum and Country Store to name a few. We are also home to the famous composer Paul Dresser, who is best known for composing Indiana's state song, 'On the Banks of the Wabash' - referencing the river which is a staple in our community. Our pioneer village, the National Road Heritage Trail, Griffin Bike Park, city and country parks, and golf courses are just some of the other great enjoyments we have in the Terre Haute area.
